Her sire and dam are very nice; we have been excited to see what this cross would bring. As we suspected, they produced a beautiful tri-colored jennet with pretty markings and a wonderful personality! She is everything we could have wanted in a jennet. We expect her to mature to between 31-32”. Her pedigree goes to some of the original imports and carries some very nice donkeys including Red Lightening, MGF Leroy and Dodge City Jack of Spades. This charming little gal has been sold to Kirsten Friedman of Seabeck Washington. Congratulations Kirsten, this little gal is a treasure you will be very proud of! |

It was a nice surprise. She had a handsome dark brown foal we named Magnum. He is nice and square and has some nice small genetics in his pedicgred. We expect him to mature at around 30-31". His pedigree includes many wonderful donkies including Rearview's Red Beau, LN Sonnies Cherries, Redsonnehi, Valintino 50 and Short Assets Dance a Jigg. He has a nice extended pedigree. Adaline is registred with MDR and has a nice full pedigree that goes back to original imports. I expect her to mature around 32-33". Adaline has very nice conformation and a beautiful rich color. Adaline was recently purchased by our friends Gary and Stacie Milliman in Cottonwood, Idaho. She will be joining her pasture mates Nancy Jo & Flapjack. He is very drafty and stands 33.5". We gelded him last year because we had some of his foals for future breeders. His sire, Nighthawk, was Reserve Champion Donkey at the WDMS state show in Wisconsin. His dam was 1992 US National GCH jennet. Both went on to produce many well known champions. Moon has represented our herd at many public appearances.
